ok i know there are warriors out there with thier 1.5 and 2.0's so can we get a loc of this drop or what?
A little late posting the answer for you but the Iksar 'a blacksmith' is on the second level in a building at /loc +1335, -190, +89. Hail the blacksmith and they turn into Korezna Orecleaver. Give Korezna the 7 water flasks to help them cool down and then hand in the ore and plans.

in the same building there is "A Blacksmith" and "Blacksmith". you want the one that says "Blacksmith" on the second level up the ladder to get Korenzna Orecleaver to spawn. Gollumum Scholar's location is right. make sure you give him 4 Water Flasks the first time, and than 3 the next time otherwise you will restart the conversation. i gave him 4 and than another 4 and it happend to me. so make sure you give 4 and than 3 the second time.
the Blackfall Blade is not a drop, you have to talk to the blacksmith and hand in the Blackfall Ore and the Smelting Plans after you give him 7 water flasks.
