If you're using the locs on the main page on the map, I found mine at the one down by Old Man Thorin and Karsor the Mad that says Page 3.

Was the Last one I found. Was at +1306,-401. Had to Look right down at the ground to see. Good Luck.

Found at +1326, -401, -291. Loc taken standing on page. I ran by it several times as the bag blends very very well with the terrain. gl
Same here. Last page I needed, looked in all the page three spots multiple times. This thing is camofloged in this location. Other pages/bag stood out and was easy to see, this one is not.
i searched for this thing for 4 days till i found it at -643, +87, -9

I was in the same boat you were in, this fourth loc really saved alot of headache. Confirmed -643, +87, -9 on 12/9/04.
