Was running thru EK and was attacked by this guy light blue but my lightly armored druid killed him, he does summon.
I was running around, a little 40 druid, with a spirit stalker charmed. I ran by this guy, I figured as a gnome he would like me...but I was wrong.
I conned as I ran by him, he was kos, but he'd already aggroed.
"Gah! You found me! No matter, this will be the last time you see me!"
Drevlon Knacknabber punches YOU for 577 points of damage.

That brought me to 48%.

"Hah hah! Kargek thought he had me, but not so! You lose!"
I kept running for my life, and as I ran across the large mountain behind Drevlon's spawn place at a farm, he turned around and ran back.

Heck, I'm a 69 ranger, and I solo'd him. And trust me, I'm not uber. I enared him, clicked auto-fire (arrows), cast dot's, was constantly moving backwards (he summons about every 12 sec or so), used heal pots(I recommend the best you can get for your level), stopped and healed my self after he got me under 50%hp, and oh yes, if I recall I might have gotten my 'Earthcaller'(attack slow)to proc on him at the commencement of the fight. For the record THAT"S A RANGER FIGHTING HIM. For a melee fight, it would be completely different.
This guy is essentially a tougher PoV razorfiend. He hits at 659 max on me, not terribly fast, summons, but is snare and rootable. Two level 70 rangers, a 68 druid and a 66 bst took him down no trouble before doing the druid epic 1 reaver fight.

I ran into this little fiend while taking my new horse out for a test gallop. Conned yellow to me at 53 and attacked me without hesitation. He hit me three times for 380+ before I could get a root off (which lasted about 5 seconds). I then galloped around East Karana for about ten minutes shouting to see if anyone wanted to fight him, but got no replies. Boy! he stayed right on my tail the whole time. Finally zoned over the bridge and lost him.
