Common my #$%. Maybe if you aren't working on this god forsaken epic.
I've checked the posts and have tried what worked for other with no avail even with 200 forage skill.
I'm gonna try the bazaar. My personal feelings are you should forage all things before you start the epic.

I spent hours at TT zone in and all i was getting were oranges, berries, water, and high blood pressure. I thought, hmmmm I wonder if the Lichenclover would be at the zone in from EJ, and the Emerald Leaves from the zone in from FoB.

Sure enough, 1st forge in FoB got me the clover, and when I zoned back to EJ, the 2nd forage got me the leaves. Perhaps the forage locations are at zone ins, but Sony might move them from time to time, who knows.
triv 60

you need a triv of 60 to make this paint, the quickest and easist way to do this is
1 water flask + 1 fishing grub (bought off fishing guy at POK fishing pond). Fetid Essence is triv 122 but even at triv 1 you can afford the many failures until you hit 122 since the ingrediants are so cheap, or just stop at 60 if you don't plan to increase trade skills beyond that.

Spent an hour foraging while fishing in the EJ. NOTHING! Went to POK 'caise I was out of bait and hadn't found any leaves. Read a few posts, thought I'd give porting in from Trakannon's Teeth like the others. BINGO Ran in from Field of Bone and found nothing on my way to TT. zoned into TT. Waited a sec and went back to EJ. 1st forage when I got into EJ (from TT) was the leaves!
Bless you that have posted the suggestion to zone in from TT!!

I foraged Emerald Leaves at the Wizard Spires tonight with my Iksar Shaman 100 Foraging Skills. Might have gotten lucky, but foraged it in 10 minutes.

I also foraged in one spot while doing chores around the house for about 10-15 mins, and then I read this page. I zoned in/out of TT, and on the 3rd time I got the leaves.

Tried foraging for an hour in EJ. Forage skill is 250 with 5/6 Nature's bounty, and got nothing. So I thought, what the heck... can't really hurt to zone into TT then back to EJ while I wait for my Forage to reset. POW, first shot. must be something to do with this. Not everyone can be out to lunch or just lucky.
Zone In from TT

Spent some time running around, nothing.

After reading the posts here I tried the TT method. First time I got Emerald Moss, second ,third and fourth times I got veggies.

That was too much zoning for me, so I moved on, haven't gotten it yet.

All I did was sit infron of TT in EJ and I foraged for 5 minutes. My forageing is 198. I foraged the leaves right then and there.
It might take longer, or shorter, but you will get them in time.

I'm not sure if your location in a zone will affect your foraging, but I've had to forage for the leaves twice and both times got them at the ent to Trakanon's, after I zoned out and back in. The first time, I zoned back in and got it on the first try. Then, the second time I zoned out and tried it and got water first, then the leaves.

"Common" -- I don't think so, though my little spot at TT ent seems to be providing me with satisfying results so far :)

I hope this helps.

Two hours in EJ so far, not a single Emerald Leaves. What's crazy is that I used to get them by the stack and destroy them, thinking they were for some useless newbie armor quest. Here I am, standing in EJ, clicking the forage button every five seconds, SO tempted to get the AA Nature's Bounty to increase my chances if possible.

I sympathize with every druid that has to/has gone through this torment before.
5 minutes

Following the port in post I parked just behind the druid port -3237, 3717 and got a leaf in about 5 min utes.
I have 2 of the 3 double forage aa's and max forage.

I believe this is for the 1.5 epic though not the 2.0 as shown above.

It took me several hours to forage mine. I thought I was never going to get it.

But in the mean time I managed to forage Emerald Moss which is used later in the druid 1.5 epic so it wasn't a complete waste.

ok. i was sitting in pok porting for profit with my druid and per chance had one going to ej. upon entering the zone i get one of these as my forage is hotkeyed to my left turn. i inspect and didnt see a tradeskill label so i figure it is vendor fodder. hmmm. vendor wont pay for it either. oh well, chunk it. now i guess i will be looking to do more ports to ej. anyone going to ej on fennin ro? :)

oh and by the way, just to give you a clue. i was in the zone for all of about 2min, had it and threw it away. oh the agony.
