This item drops only from Vulak'Aerr, and is one of the so-called "Dev Team" loots, named after the original Dev's and GM's of Everquest. It should be updated to reflect who it drops from (not that anyone does Vulak anymore, but hey).

any1 kno what lvl this badass procs?
This sword most likely wont proc till 55+, you wont even see ntov till 55 or 56 at the lowest, and this sword is like the silverfang bow, it never drops so keep drooling, thats about all you can do over it.
And it never will drop again, VI nerfed Vulaak, he's out of game cus he was deemed to easy for his loot table, basically another example of Verant ******** the 2nd tier guilds out of loot. I mean isn't that the whole idea behind Sleepers Tomb in the first place? Its just like real life, the rich get richer and the poor stay that way.

still drops, they changed the event blah blah blah... we got one the other day, but we clear RoV all the time and have only seen on of these so far. /sigh

Posted: Aug 30 2002 at 3:03 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) this sword still DOES drop of Vulaak. he is in ToV and at the end of the Ring of Vulaak. i think the ring has only been completed by Afterlife and Arch Overseers from Bristlebane. this sword dropped just the other day. dont post stuff you dont know about.

At least: Fires of Heaven, Afterlife, Triton, and Mortalis have cleared the Vulaak Ring. Probably a whole bunch more.

CAN YOU SAY /drool.... OMG this is the uber of all uber warrior swords. Its about time that verant pumped up the notch on some vulak drops. Maybe they finally got it through there heads on the EXTREME and i mean EXTREME!!! difficulty on taking down vulak. Nobody on our server has yet, but the guild that is in the highest ranks on our server, made trak a play toy with less than 2 groups. If you can do that, your friggin uber, and they cant even take down Vulak. Case in point, if you can get this far, you deserve even better than this, but g.d. this is a nice, nice sword.
Jaelen's katana was gotten on the third vulak kill or so, months and months ago.;) Hasn't been changed statwise (though our warriors keep hoping it gets some AC). Keep in mind, just because an item takes a long time to reach spoiler sites doesn't mean it hasn't existed for a while.

Aye, this sword was showing up in Furor's profile on the Fires of Heaven site months ago. But in line with their policy of not disclosing drop info outside of FoH no one knew what it did that hadn't got one themselves

What's up with that anyway? Fires of Heaven not posting, kicking people out of their guild if they do, etc?
Sounds to me like they want to farm mobs as much as possible before other guilds capable of whatever tasks catches wind and competes for a spawn.
Everything I've ever heard of Fires of Heaven has indicated to me they are likely greedy, hateful, spoiled children. But, hey.. then again maybe they have some reason for actions that inspire such posts from myself and hundreds of others who claim to have actual interactions with said guild.
I'm glad I don't play on their server.

Not posting stats on items is a direct response to Mryloker's Dagger of Blood (or Vengeance) being nerfed as a result of people whining after the stats were posted.
Yep, newbies who simply hang out here to see what the uper level people do and then whine about things they can never have resulted in FoH making a policy that basically said they wont post items anymore. Its no secret they mentioned it on their site. Now we have people complaining they aren't posting, how funny.
i think that is a good policy anyways this item seems to be very rare. another coment i have goes to the newbies that hang around in this site crying about the stats and what not so ever of drops like this is go lvl damm it once you get a drop like this and see how good it is you will have more apretiation for it so when ever you have and uber drop and you know how hard it was to get then you come and talk about stats been stupid until then please go lvl.

Damn. This is, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the best one handed slashing weapon in Norrath. Though I am likely to be flamed to ruins, I just felt I had to say it. It shatters every epic in every way. I feel absolutely NO envy for the warrior that gets this...may it serve you well. It is a great sword. This from a Ranger =P

Of course the sword you point out is Paladin/Shadowknight, and they can't dual wield, but also a nice sword.
Allakhazam on his decision to only allow registered users to post....I mean really it was exactly what was needed....so many people were posting really lame stuff anon....and I know some members log as anon once in awhile :P.....but it was getting out of hand....on almost every item there was a huge bashing of some race/class/stats and I frankly got sick of seeing it everywhere I go instead of seeing something useful. Well I know alot of people are pissed off they cant do alot of options now on the webpage but you know what....goto Everlore they will still let you do things for free.....anyway I know its eating some people up they cant post anymore hehe....all i am gonna say is thank god some of the posts I see on every single item will be gone now.....and I know I am contradicting myself by posting a useless comment when I said only useful things should be posted....but o well.

With the stamina bonus, the tank would get 150 HP from the +25 stamina @ L60, and then you've got the +100 HP. So, this little butterknife gives 250 HP, and it's effect damagest the target and heals you.
