ikaav castigator, static mob just east of "The Keeper" on the map.
Dropped on west side today off a noc flashblade after about 15 clears.

Bottom is def. the rarest of the 3. I had to clear the entire zone about 15x to get it to drop... from a noc flashblade.

Dropped for me tonight finally. So many top and centers, But got the bottom from a Noc Flashblade. Location 555.74, -911.30. West of the Keeper area.

camping this thing sux, been trying to get this to drop for a week, nothing.
Just dropped from a an ikaav castigator, again near the walls just on the out side of the tunnel from DS... Finally!
If you don't have anything nice to say, at least have the decency to be vague.
2 weeks of pulling the entire zone, and still nothing....WTF

Just to add to what has already been said below, the noc in the NE corner of the zone, in the area between the walls and the tunnel to DS, in the cubby next to the stairs (furthest noc on the left as you exit the DS tunnel) dropped all 3 pieces for me in a space of about 3.5 hours. He was a Noc Flashblade each time he dropped a piece, and the bottom section was the last to drop. Saw several top and center portions elsewhere in the zone while awaiting repops in NE corner.

I'm starting to think that Sony is doing this to screw with us players. Been here for a couple days now... and NOTHING! A fellow guildmate even pulled the entire zone several times.. and NOTHING. WTF.

I have spent 6 days soloing as an 80 cleric. I am not super equiped. Easy with Vow of Valor and reverse DS, Mark of Blameless. Pulling 5-6 at a time including several named mobs. Got lots of nice drops but not one single signet for the 1st 5 days. Was begining to think I was in the wrong zone until last night. Got 2 top pieces and 1 middle off the nocs and Ikaavs in the NE corner in the enclosed courtyard at the end of the tunnel. I have cleared the ENTIRE zone dozens of times and this is the only place I have found drops. Now, if that blasted bottom piece will please drop.

We hunted all over the zone for several hours. The folks in this thread are correct. We then started to focus on the flashblades and the nocs to respawn flashblades. After 2 or 3 flashblades, it dropped. Ignore the comments about NE or SW or NW or wherever. They can spawn all over the place. Just try to focus in on the noc's and the flashblades.

I spent 4 hours (cleric - Wuuv) last night clearing all nocs in the zone and only had tops and mids drop. Then a cleric friend of mine told me that all of the parts drop at a fairly good rate on the DS zone in side of the Keeper Gate at the first open area you get to just outside of the tunnels. I see from some of the other posts by clerics that they too got the bottom drop in the NE section of the zone just off of DS.
I had been only focusing on all nocs but I see they actually will drop off Ikaav castigators as well so I am planning on trying again soon and clear all nocs and Ikaavs near the DS zone in.... Even at level 72 - cleric soloing is not an easy task on these if you get an add but then I'm gimp !!

It ended up taking 7 hours for us to get all 3 peices. The bottom is definatly the worst.
Was PLing a mage friend of mine and it dropped really out of the blue on the snake woman thingy.... was a wonderfull to surpize to randomly loot a 2.0 drop!

OK, for you clerics that are after the signets let me tell you what I have found. You can say you found the pieces elsewhere and thats fine but I got all my 3 pieces in the NE section, off in the little gated area leading to the zone out. I got the bottom one from a Castigator Ikaav and the top and middle both of normal nocs. I tried killing in the NW section but all I got was rogue 1.5 and 2.0 items.
Hope this helps. Took about 2 hours to get all three pieces once I settled in the NE section. Also dont forget to pull the Noc in the cubby behind the stairs he dropped the Middle and Top section.

I spent a couple of hours in Bloodfields last night and got the top and center section off the same spawn spot (the noc behind the stairs that was referred to). That same noc would always drop something (usually the top section). So I am hoping next go round that I might see the bottom section.

Good advice here. I just got all three sections after a total of about 3 hours camped at this location across two days.
I attempted killing in the SW corner of the zone and had no luck whatsoever for Cleric drops, only bard and rogue.
NE corner behind the castle walls is the only place you need to camp.

Ok, so I spent an ungodly amount of time in this zone just wiping out everything w/ no luck. After I read thru the posts above, I focused a bit, and ran around just killing the static spawns of all nocs and ikaav in the zone. A flashblade dropped this on the second spawn. All nocs can act as PHs for the flashblade, as can all Ikaav act as PHs for the castigator. Made it MUCH faster. Good luck

Dropped from Noc Flashblade roamer, a little east of the keepers bridge. About 23 hours off and on of farming. Super rare.

This dropped off a Ikaav Castigator, dropped this first time I killed it. It was just outside the walls near zone back to DS. Was Douing with my Cleric friend so it worked out well for her LOL.
This item is far from common. I have been clearing the zone with a L70 necro that is very well geared by OoW standards (10k mana, raid foci, 650+ AA, point is the kills are quick).
15 hours later I have not seen this item once. Top section about 8 times, center about 4, but this not once. 15 hours... This is stupid rare, def not common.

This is NOT a common drop... cleared the zone several times with many tops and centers dropping but not one bottom... been here for days now killing everything. Still no drop, should be called RARE :P

could someone tell me exactly where these drop and off of what mobs? I've been killing Ikaav's and noc's and ukuns in the SE corner of the BF's and have only seen center pieces. Thanks for your help.

This dropped off noc flashblade for me. It was the one right by the DS zone, out of the tunnel but inside the wall at approximately pos1484, neg870.

I don't have this one but I have one of its counterparts and the lore reads out that there are 3 total pieces saying something like This is the top third of an intricate signet, or at least something along the lines of that. If I remember i got the top piece in WoS so I would say that Noble's probably holds the last piece tho I wouldn't be certain.

I got all 3 pieces - top, center and bottom in Bloodfields off the Ikaav's. I just don't know what goes with them, how to combine them or who to turn them in to.
