I was in the hallways leading to the zone Qinimi when finally dropped. I was there roughly 2 hours before 2 jaws dropped back to back. Like previous posts say, they don't spawn in a particular spot you have to clean everything as you go along.

Got within first 45min of being in zone, dropped near Qinimi line.
I came in last night with a 2-group raid force, very high dps (80mnk and rng and whatnot). Kept every spawn clear for about 3hr, thats every single mob within tracking distance of Ferubi zoneline - in that time we saw maybe a dozen screambringer's, and no jawbone. gonna head back tonight

I spent a life time here, mostly with my chanter bot camping the 5 mobs that spawn at quinimi ZL, any of the static spawns int unnel to quinimi can randomly pop any of the static mobs, I believe that is all the tunnel mobs except nocs and ukons, so just running through zone invis and only killing screambringers will slowly lower your chance of getting drop as you will see fewer and fewer screambringers. finaly took a group and just killed everything, we camped in middle of tunnel and would train 1/2 at a time, chanter ae mez, kill all, rinse and repeat. parse showed 161 screambringers killed. ironicaly 2 jaws droped in a row, made another pali very happy when he came running =).
I dont mind camping for drops, but this one is a bit extreme, brought back memories of camping for VT shards and my monks 1.0, on the upside, I made almost 2 aa, not exactly super exp, but exp all the same

Camped both Ferubi and Qinimi zoneline tunels for few hours each so far. Not a single drop.

Just got my Jaw for Pal 1.5 (yay!). Had heard some say all drops can be done in a few hours, but this one did not for me.
No less than 4 trips to Barindu, minimum 1.5 hrs per grind. Hit Ferubi zl, Qinimi zl and Vxed tunnel ent. Finally dropped near Vxed tunnel.
Theoretically, there are more spawns of Screambringers near Qinimi tunnel/zl, however there are no named there, and the Vxed cleric 1.5 spawn NPC is near Vxed also.
Another friend of mine also got his at Vxed tunnel while doing the cleric 1.5 event. Makes it easier to find MH to do both at once :)

I agree with lorthien , been running through barindu invisible looking for the ra'tuks screambringers , killing them at their spot and move on .Doing this for 5 hours and still none dropped Indeed not funny Two days later i went in with a warrior, druid and enchanter, rogue joined us a bit later ,we killed again for about 6 hours ,none dropped. We were about to give up, rogue saw 5 of them spawned in zone near riwwi. We decided to give those a last try. Second last of this 5 dropped it. Glad this suffering was over :).

The rarity needs to be changed to RARE. I have cmaped this jaw drop for 3 days now, clearing entire zones of Screambringers and no drop, this this is so the opposite of common, it's not even funny.
