Just an observation. Each guild does something different for loot. Your guild may have things assigned by the Guildmaster or some other officer, a large amount of guilds work off a DKP system, my guild rolls using /ran 10*Level, tohers just /ran 100. Don't assume that every guild does loot the same way. Each system has its strengths and weaknesses and fit into different styles of guilds. My guild for example is small, and not quite a raiding guild nor a family guild, and as a result we all know who has what items, so rolling works perfect.

I am currently wearing this nice helm. Does anyone know if there is a way to get a graphic on it?
no not really ... unless VI makes a graphic for it there isnt a way to get one... be bening ahalf elf ranger im VERY thankful about that lol just my

I don t complain but i prefer my helm of the tracker .I ll let non Tunare's ranger get this one heheh . Pray Tunare heheheh

I'm the exact opposite, i'd trade my helm of the tracker for this any day. The resists on helm of the tracker are better, but i'd prefer some wis and some mana on my quest gear over more str (my str is already over 200 self buffed) and stamina that doesn't give rangers any noticeable hp increases.

I know that even when I'm soloing I don't go through much mana, and even with clarity I can stay at nearly FM. I only have 122 wis and very few +mana items.

Are you saying you lead many raids in HoT? or are you saying IF you get to lead a raid in HoT they will not get a roll...either way your an idiot.

All the stats a Ranger needs :)
-Ac better than tolans
-Strenght for higher attack
-Dex for more Call proc's and better Trueshot mileage.
-Wisdom for mana based Dmg
-Hp for better CH ratio
-Pure mana :)
