i dont have that much money and i want to do the crafted bracer quest. does anything drop these that a 20 monk could kill?

FYI the crafted bracers are warrior only. You wouldn't want to wear them as a monk anyway. 4 stones weight times 2 (one on each wrist) is 8 stones. That's much too heavy for a monk's wrist item.
