Crit healed on a 68 Cleric with Tier 1 OoW Healing AA's and 25% improved healing item for over 11K -12K regularly. Cast time is 2.8 sec with Blessing of Devotion and Spell haste item. Saved a few 13K tanks who got double quadded mid CH - Ducked out and cast this for a quick CH.

Mana sucker it is but nice for those emergencies or when Divine arb was just used.
