This rune dropped off Droon (the second cyclops in spawn) in E. Karana today.
another rune may be found on either Broon, Droon or Proon in East Karana. 2 brothers and a father Hill Giant (they spawn after one another, killing the easy one first, etc.). I got it before killing Proon (Papa).

I just want to correct you, they Broon and Droon are more Cyclops than hill giant :)
I killed them yesterday at level 37 (shaman) while almost oom at the beginning.
I hardly killed Droon and so didn't wait to long to see if their father spawn. I just looked around me after looting and then went to north karana to log safely, I looked around me all the way back but he didn't seem to spawn. So I guess sometimes the father must have be so busy somewhere else that he don't even come to avenge his own children :P

I found the Rune of the one Eye on Froon and Choon in West Karana....They are light blue to me at Lv 45 and i am able to Kite both of them without going 00m
