It's for the Bard "Nostrolo Tamborine" quest. It's not no drop so keep it and give to your favourite Bard. It will make them happy :)

This coin is NOT a no drop item and you can have several of the same coin.. they are for the Nostrolo Tambourine quest and you can figure out if you have the set via the cataloging libreto
