Attuneable means that it can be looted by anyone. If they do not equip it or anything but keep it in their inventory, then they can trade it off. But as soon as it becomes equipped, it becomes no drop. So some of the stuff from OoW will be up in bazaar for sale I imagine.

btw, no its not the wrong info, if you had looked into the place it drops, who it drops from .. you'd know its part of the SK 2.0 epic, killing the mob spawns the treasure chest, the chest has several items attached to it
