Another place to find this as a ground spawn:
Top of goblin tower in under water cave in
lake Rathe. Cleric quest goblin (epic) and
another named quest goblin there too. All
green to me at level 61.

I found one in a hidden cave in everfrost ground spawn in a building if you go in a hole in the ice and then go north and left at the river split.

I saw one at the bottom of the water next to the beer joint, near the bank in Nariak Commons. You can pick it up also, even tho it's through the glass window :O)

Last night I found "A Rod" under water in Underground cave with Gnomish Spelunker in the ESTATE OF UNREST. It was Wiz only class.

The rod should not be in the cave with Spelunker. It should be in a small hidden area at the right side of the tunnel leading to Spelunker.
