So, my data shows that the pet has approximately 5,300 hit points and regenerates at about 260 hit points per tic.

(The (-800) represents the amount of hit points taken by Elemental Draw. The (.85x) represents the percentage of hit points the pet had after Elemental Draw landed.)

This is all unfocused, unbuffed, and unaltered in any way.

This should be nearly dead on, the only margin of error being that the 85% figure may be off by a few tenths of a percent (1/10 of a percent = .001).

With common hit point increases:

Hits for 110, casts on mobs. Nice for normal fighting, but don't use for kiting.
