I cannot find these little guys for nothin. Got 3 times by some wraith or somethin in the maze at Fear portal though. That was fun. Where are these little buggars?

I've come across the radiant alot in Feerot while hunting Darkforge Armor pieces. He is a spawn at the same point as the Tae Ew Spiritualist and a Silvered Tae Ew Observer. If you cross the bridge to the Tae Ew area turn right. Then head to the end of the penninsula. There is a 4 lizard spawn around the obelisk here. You can just pull the two on the right though.
Radiant doesn't always drop the gloves though. Might need to work this camp for a while. With a shadow knight preferably, as they can kill the spiritualist for the decayed armor, when he pops instead. Plus, the Silvered Tae Ew Observer drops some wand that I think is Enchanter only as well.

my guild did a raid on cazac thule
there is a enchanter mob named radiant, kill her and you get the gloves, at least we got it one for one kill... We did not have an enchanter who needed the item having better glves at time, so we let someone else loot. now that i see they are for a quest i think we shouldhave, our enchanter would have liked the quest gloves.

What MOB drops these gloves? Where at, what lvl, war or caster based, etc.?
