This is the blade requested by the named luggald in Dulak as part of the SK epic 2.0. He asks for two others items as well, forget what atm tho. The luggald is found in the corner of Dulak's harbor, near the dock to Stormwave and behind the drunken pirates' houses. Sorry i dont have more details, forgot his name and didnt take an exact /loc, but from the entrance, he is straight back and turn left. Good Luck

This part of epic 2.0 appears to be the part for people like me who didn't bother with Epic 1.0.
