Verna Leinar has the spell right across from the druid spell merchant room in Abysmal Sea. She sells a lot of other spells as well btw.
When I dinged 52 in June 2005, I decided not to spend the 357pp on the Ring spell since I wasn't going to Barindu any time soon. But when I recently dinged 55, I had more plat, so I figured I'd buy both it and the Circle of Barindu spell. To my surprise, the price has gone down! The Ring spell now costs only 16.799pp, and the Circle spell is 23.099.

After an hour trying to find this insanely expensive spell i found her right in the room opposite from the druid spells. Happy hunting
Bought spell from druid Transport spell merchant in Abysmal Sea. both ring and Circle cost 356p 9g 9s 9c each, Cha 143. Dont know if Group port works, but can confirm that the personal port (ring of Barindu) does work without having Omens. Had seen a thread somewhere that said it was OoW era.

The SPELL came out with OOW release. The zone (Barindu) is GOD era. BTW, is the zone in area safe?
