I have killed atleast 50 named in harbingers never seen one of these the only thing I've looted from a named that would be a rare drop was slugworms from toiler opanin which was nice for plat

I have spent so much time in Harbinger's Spire, I have looted 11 Cold Ores, 2 warm ores, about 30 girplan wrists, 2 complete sets of spire quest drops, etc, etc.

I have farmed every named in this zone so many times its silly.

I have had bad luck and never seen one of these drop.

Dropped for me last night from Inventor Krang (along with Girplan Helm at same time) so wondering if this is just a rare drop off any mob or named in Harbingers' Spire?
