Ruins of Kunark
I snapped the image pic off a rotting corpse in Trakanon's Teeth, not realizing information was a bit light on this drop.
We need confirmation of which frogloks it drops from in both TT and FV.
If you are hunting this on a progression server, especially in Kunark era when people are doing a lot of Sebilis key hunting, it is probably rotting in Trakanon's Teeth --or will be if you spend some time there and let others know you are looking.

Both the black and white versions of this powder drop in FV. However, the mob is a Froglok Nok Shaman. Both powders are Lore and No Drop.

i take it a 51 druid cannot do this quest?

I hunted and killed about 15 Tsu Shaman in FV with no drops at all. I headed to Trakanon's Teeth and the powder dropped on the first kill.
I would recommend to anyone working on this quest to hunt in TT and avoid FV Shaman all together.
The powder is white and is called "Shaman Powder" LORE NODROP.

Just did this part of the charm plant quest today with my lvl 39 druid. Tsu Shamans mostly conned blue to me with a lt blue every once in awhile. Killed one in FV on my way to TT and it didn't drop. Killed one upon my arrival in TT and the white shaman powder dropped the first time. I agree with the above poster. Go to TT it will save you some time.

agree with above firts kill in TT it drops
There are two different shaman powders that drop in FV. One is black and the other is white. Tried the black one first and Shrub took the items, no spell. Ran out to Traks Teeth real fast and got the white one and went back to FV and got the spell. Can be multi quested of course.
