I just bought an item called 'Ikaav Head'

weight 3.5, medium.

it cost me a copper piece from the vendor. /shrug

The Ikaav Head you bought is used for the Chain sleeves level 2 armor quest, along with raid the required component "Lenarsk's Embossed Leather Pouch".

Still trying to figure out drop info on both items, though I'm guessing the pouch comes from someone named Lenarsk....
