55% of the classes that can use this item have need for FT items how does that make SOE stupid? If I am not mistaken, Bard, Ranger, Beastlord, Pally, and SK all have need for FT. And at high end much harder to max out for those particular classes. Looks to me like SOE is trying to help them out a bit.

at this point in the game it is so easy for a caster to max FT it's not funny, this stuff is aimed toward ep guilds where 1 caster drop has 4/5/6 FT easy, hybrids on the other hand have a harder time maxing FT and so it makes sense to put focus on caster items and FT on melee items, you got to look at the crowd this stuff is aimed at.

Flowing Thought is the ONLY way Bards can regen Mana.

Hybrid classes use this which do use mana, so no, it is not stupid. the caster version has an extended enhancement effect, which makes sense.

What makes this the "result of a raid event?"

Looks to me like the only raid event needed is the VP key. Does that mean every quest/item in the zone should be labeled as such?

Please let me know if I looked over somthing.

After reviewing the steps required to complete the quest, I agree that it's not the result of a raid event, and have removed the flag on the quest rewards. Thanks for the feedback.
