Been doing this quest off and on for 6 years now, have 3 of the 4 only.......
Sorry, did anyone ever figure this one out? I have two of the seals.

I just picked up all 4 clearing the stables area of CoM over and over again. - had a 45 berserker and 65 shaman, the named needs slowed or you will have lots of healing to do.

I can confirm these started dropping directly after the patch where the new warrior, necromancer, and beastlord cabilis quests were put in. I already know that a lot of battle plans have been added to the loot list in dalnir from going there and seeing the quest listing on here so I suspect this is either another step in the claw or part of the other two. On the otherhand many patches have lead me to believe the 10th and final necromancer cap that everyone has been waiting 4 years on has the lousy effect of Demi Lich on it which is an easily farmable by research spell and furthermore has almost no casting time to worry about, no mana cost to worry about, and for that matter is replaced by TWO level 60 lich spells. If this is the best they did for all the wait ***** it. Update the VP items and quests...

The information posted here is incorrect. There are at LEAST five of these seals, as I have five in my bank.

Can you check that?
Lucy and Magelo only have 4 in the database, and we know the quest needs only 4.
If there really is a 5th seal out there, can you add it to the database or get ID cast on it.
