What mob drops this?
Random "storm" giants (they all see invis) have the best chances. Very rarely corroded items will drop off a "regular" giant. There is no particular mob that always drops this as I recall; you get to hunt in a Kael a lot if you want it :)
I've most often hunted storm giants in the north part of Kael, in the areas around the arena.
