Awesome robe but the focus effect should be for our fire based spells as they do the most damage what is SOE thinking :(

Simple.
This effect brings our heaviest Magic nukes up to par with our fire nukes.
In case you hadn't noticed ASoC/White Fire are resisted much more then magic nukes in GoD. In fact on some mobs (such as the M'Sha's in Qvic) they are the only ones that will land on them. I have sat there in raids watching some of the Wizzies in my guild who do nothing but cast ASoC/White Fire and Concussion on mobs and listen to them complain that they are getting partial/full resists. If I get a resist I try another line of nukes until I find one that hits for full.
I know what you are going to say next and that is "Well, the mobs should be getting debuffed.". I agree. But there are times when the debuffing classes such as Druids and Chanters are just a tad busy to do so and/or the debuffs are not landing. One of our Druids has a hotkey that reads "Eci's Frosty Joke has landed! Yeah, I'm surprised, too!"

Heh could be worse, the mage robe has a fire DoT focus.....

Maybe they mixed up Enchanter and Wizard robe effects. Lol.
Joy my level 63 nuke will do more dmg! No level 65 or 64 nukes will even be affected by this sorry focus. Well Shock of Magic doesn't count as a good 65 nuke. It resists all the time and does random damage for way too much mana. Change it to Discordant Fire as it was supposed to be!

I am rather disappointed by the focus wizards should get fire focues :(
