One of my alternate toons found one in Qeynos hills on a rabid wolf and I took it to Priestess Culiaria (SP?) and she sent me on to freeport to find A lorme Tredore but Darned if I know where he is in freeport any info would be extremely helpful.
I did get Exp for giving it to the priestess in the Temple of life Flying saucer thingy though and she gave it back to me and sent me on in the quest.
