Looks like the focus is 25% mana preservation to all beneficial spells. This true?

No its not.

Magic Resist allowed, Instant spells only.

Min 65 Max 65..

So this means it works on, Order and Ancient Chaos Censure nukes only.

Hmm, that being the case, thats a pretty worthless effect.

Mind you, These are incredibly nice, even without an effect.

Apparantly this is a NUKE focus even tho the effect appears to be a heal focus.
