Fine Lute Tuners cost 0 plat 1 gold 5 silver 7 copper sold by Ghul Rustem on the dock in South Qeynos (buyer level 2 human female monk with 143 charisma) no quantity, so unlimited supply on vendor?

Wow, there's no info about this quest anywhere... The finished product is nothing special though, sorry to disappoint. It's named "Custom Naliedin Lute" and doesn't carry any magical stats what-so-ever. weight is 0.8 and it's a stringed instrument. Sells for just over 8 gold. Maybe it's part of another quest or maybe it's just a chance for a new bard to get a named stringed instrument.
Unfinished Lute Body is sold by the guy on Qeynos docks. Unfinished Lute Neck is found in Firiona Vie or Rivervale. Fine Lute Tuners are in the Qeynos bard guild from the instrument merchant, and the Lute Strings as well. Now if only I could find out what the Unfinished Trumpet, Trumpet Valves, and Horn Mouthpiece are for...

Now does anyone know where to find the Unfinished Lute Body and the Unfinished Lute neck ? It would also be nice to know what kind of reward (Magical Lute??) you get, when you collected all items needed. I heard some rumors that the body and neck are no-drop items.

The lute body is part of a bard quest in qeynos, you need an unfinished lute body, an unfinished lute neck, a box of lute strings, and the tuners.

I also got the unfinished lute body and I have tried combining them in a forge, and oven/spit, and a Large Sewing Kit. I didn't work. I want to try combining them in a Fletching kit, but cant find one at this time. If it works in a Fletch Kit i will send all the info.
