Very common drop off of Urd Ghoul Wizards in Lower Guk. We got one on almost every one we killed while waiting on an epic mob, and more then a few rotted while we were there. Our smallest member in the group was 49 and they con'd light blue to him our chanter was 50 who solo'd these when a few of us went LD and were quite easy to take out but the wizards are nuke happy little snots so be warned.
