Been camping Graters in basement for 6+ hours and still no drop. Man this blows

The correct name of this item is "Darkbone Skull". And as Balthezaar said, drops off of Greater Darkbone.

took me a day down there. That sucked.
I killed many normal darkbones and the skull wouldn't drop. I went down the basement and killed the Greater Darkbone and the skull dropped on my first attempt. I am pretty sure the skull only drops off the Greater. To get to him you have to go into the room with the bookcase that is a secret passage to basement. He seems to be a random spawn at any of the spots in the basement. The easiest and safest bet would be to take down the two spawns that are in the passage before the main basement area. Just keep killing whatever spawns until you get a Greater Darkbone.

I used to hunt all the time in unrest, got these a lot, just get a high 20s group together and camp the steps/torture chamber in the basement, and you'll get a few eventually.

Tell me, who thought it was a good idea to create an item, that you know EXACTLY what mob will drop it, and all you have to do is kill it 25 times and wait 30 minutes between each kill for it to drop?

A Dark Bone Skele drops this item. It is a random Skele located in the basement of Estate of UnRest.
