Is the regen effect triggered like Alla says? I couldn't trigger it and thought it might be a worn effect...does anyone know?

It's a worn effect. I've updated the DB to reflect this.

These drop in Riwwi. I believe it is the Warlord that I looted them from however I don't exacltly remember. They drop in the pit off of one of the names.
