this item does not come from the casino. I am 100% certain.
only the BLACK one comes from the casino. the other colours are unobtainable.
trust me on this. I've been trying to find someone for years who had one other than black with no success.

No one seems to have it in game at all and it may not be winable at all.
To answer another question below, if you have all 7 items before handing in the gold ticket, there's a 50% chance of winning the drum and 50% of getting the mask. Both are no drop and lore so if you have 2 tickets, you will get both the mask and a drum. Most likely a black drum not white drum though.

Ok, so I have the Ton Po staff, pre-nerf Fungi Staff, Vibrating Gauntlets / Hammer, Rubi. BP, and Mistwalker Scimitar. I'm trying to turn in the 2 Gold Tickets I have and get Holgresh Elder Beads and the DE mask -- is there anyway to guarantee this? There appears to be two possible Drums you can win as well, and neither are LORE -- so does this mean I could turn in 4 gold tickets and get 2 white and 2 black drums and no DE mask / Holgresh beads still? Anybody who has tried this please let me know...

Ok people alot of you are wrong this mount is AS FAST as bard SoW you bards should be happy that its not the way it was wbefor the update they used to be faster these guys start off slow but soon as you get going poof you gone lol so becareful not to mow any inocent bystandards down =P GL to all of you how are attempting to get a golden ticket and if you have then getting this mount =)

glowing drums and holy/unholy steeds might be the same speed but I can use my holy steed for CR if I need it :P

Turned in a Golden Ticket. Got a glowing drum. Runs slightly slower than bard speed. :)

Maybe faster than a lvl 50 or lower Bard or a bard equipped with something less than DotB. Lets see it against a lvl 65 Bard with Karana drums or better.

Glowing Drums = Drogmor version or Ornate Chain Bridles = Paladin and Shadowknight Un/Holy Steeds.
pally/sk aa horses are faster than the bought horses/drogmors and the horses that emp and seru drop

Actually, Ornate Bridles and Glowing drums are the same as the AA horses. run a /loc parser.

So would speed list go something like:
1) 65 Bard + TDoK
2) Pally/SK AA steed
3) luclin boss mob horses (85%)
4) bought horses (70% -> 25%)
would that be about right?
