Hrak sells bat fur in the ogre city of Oggok, did not write down the loc but he is easily found with the Find button under General Supplies(near the shaman guild). Price to a warmly ogre with 92 cha was 1 silver 5 copper per bat fur.

you only need to be level 8 to gather this in very quickly, it drops everywhere and at level 8 can blast one nuke or set pet to kill it very quickly, level 4 is easy enough but 8 and you can start making your journeymans runes till your heart's content.

You can buy Bat fur from the Erudian merchant in the hut near the WC zone.

The merchant name in EC is Katha Firespinner at loc 232, 4733. Its the inn right before the WC zone in.

as a lvl 52 necro i can say i dont give a damn whether batfur drops in Dragon necropolis or not.
If you need bat fur and go to DN to get it your in need of theropy! comon, the search engine doesnt work half the time fix that instead
