I think these are the rarest of the rare drops for the skelly CO's (only seen one drop, that was in BB during holloween week). It may be that it drops more often in the other zones (I've only hunted skellys in BB and EC, the trees in Tox and feerot make it dangerous to hunt there and I just never checked out steamfont or Q-hills.) I can confirm that they do drop, and they drop of commanders (not footsolders or any other skellys)

This dropped in BB, my monk has it. I don't know how rare it is, but a higher lvl buddy of mine killed the commander just so I could get it.
Actually dropped by Skeletal Curly...Moe, Larry the CHEESE! Woob, woob, woob....

i've had at least 3 of every other item drop but haven't seen a single one of these

This has to be extremely rare or a mistake. I also have killed countless commanders just for the fun of it so low level players can get some of the loot and have never seen this drop. Only thing I can think of is maybe it only drops in Toxx forest and BB where most of the skunks are.

Must be rare. I've been hunting the Skeletal Commanders on and off for the last few days. I haven't seen one nor heard of anyone else finding one. Not even an /ooc link...
Believe it or not this dropped tonight off a Selli Trooper in BB, its the first ever drop other than FS or tarnished weapons i have seen off anything other than a Commander, i was mearly looting the trooper out of habit when this appeared it was probably a mistake, but my lowbie Druid is happy for it lol.
