we took this guy down with a 66 warrior, 67 cleric and a 68 necro. He was not that hard, just a bit of an annoyance since he kept charming the tank so i had to keep rooting him. Cleric was only down about 20% mana after the fight, but he said he wouldn't have used that much if the tank didn't keep turning and attacking my pet.
70th Bl in guild said he soloed it. I wasn't there, but he did get the item for his baby mage.

went there with a group of high 40's... got mezzed and double hit for 900 or so... we all died pretty fast... maybe because we had no healer but he was very tuff... good luck with him !

You need a good solid group to take out the Fabled Noble. Our group of approximately 11 toons from 55-65, five of which were level 65 took him out twice with few problems, and my necro ran from POK to Sol B to get the staff after nobody in the group wanted or could use it. I can confirm it procs at 44, and does the full 95 damage listed for the spell.

I agree it is underrated and I would love it for my Mage. I was thinking there was a fabled Noble, but this says it drops in sol B ?

damn nice 1hb for a caster to be whacking with. i keep it on me for when i feel like jumping in. was very easy to get as a 64 magician. no one camps the mob, no one wants it. underrated if you ask me. only problem is, now everyone thinks i'm a necro. haha.
