This item drops off the Ebon Lotus in Trak's Teeth. Ebon Lotus is big nasty flower :) It is also level 50 - so be ready for a fight.
The Ebon Lotus spawns on the Hunter cycle. Kill enough Froglok Hunters and eventually it will show up.

Posted: Jul 07 2001 at 1:19 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Again, rogue must have a piercing weapon in their primary hand to backstab but aside from that any 1h weapon will work for a rogue's offhand. Stun is an excellent proc for a rogue for not only soloing but tanking in a group (I play main tank at level 38 so don't even tell me we can't) along with when you group with one of those horrible 'tank' tanks who couldn't taunt their way out of a wet paper bag, just wait for the stun then run over next to the 'tank' and land your BS, strafe back across from them and hope that either the whip goes off again or by some miracle they manage to actually taunt off you. I'd give up my 8/28 whip for this and may even sacrifice the higher ratios of even better weapons just to get a stun proc off something besides the crappy gnoll whip.
yeppers is what you got evade for... And proc weapons dont help with the aggro... tho i myself could hold it offa you with lammie/css combo you seem like the person id let take a few swats to keep your mouth shut. And if youre playing MT in your group, one suggestion... disband. a rogue who cant bstab is a no good rogue lol so if youre group isnt allowing you to stay behind the mob just go somewhere else. (except on raids or when there are NO other groups) and yes some sucky warriors can cause deaths of rogues/casters somtimes its the rogue/caster who holds the blade to his own neck. I.E not waiting for assist message or over nuking, Hard for a warrior to taunt off that giant hitting a caster for 230 (somtimes more and in qauds) tripple's and summoning them while they try to run away.
ROFLMAO! i sympathize brother!! i have seen some sorry *** tanks in my time that could not keep the mob off me to save the world. must say tho, i disagree about the tank thing. a warrior of the same level will have much better natural AC and HP. i dont quite see why you would be main tank at your level. you aren't really living up to your potential if you cant Backstab... just what i think, but then im usually grouped with more than one tank so...

He's not saying he likes to be the main tank but it does happen every once in a while
And keeping the mobs on the main tank is also the rogues problem...thats why we have evade, tho that dosent always help with crappy tanks (Demigon)

This weapon procs Stun, which lasts for 8 seconds, at Level 40. It can be used in the offhand which means, for a Rogue, keep Tendril in offhand and Piercer-Of-Choice (mine is Jagged Ice Shard) in main. This means Fight-Stun-Backstab.
Considering that the other good Rogue-useable-Stun-procing-weapon is a Sarnak Warhammer, but is MUCH more expensive, this is a very viable option.
I paid 500p and a pair of Sebilite Scale Gloves for this. Not even close to the cost of the Sarnak Warhammer =)
Stun is a soloing Rogues best friend.

One of my favorite weapons to date. The Proc of Stun is perfect for a bard as it doesn't create a lot of Hate, and with a good enchanter haste, you can stun like mad if you pair it up with say a Gnoll Hide Lariat.
This is really of dubious use to other classes though. By the time you get this high in level, a Tank should have better weapons and a Rogue needs piercers.
