Ah, but with the STA, HP, Mana and saves... still a very nice item. My neck item has no focus effect. Sure it needs to be upgraded, but something like this would be a major upgrade for me. And no, I'm not a level 30 drooling. I have a 64 chanter that would be very appreciative of this.
