Boy what a great item. For a level 20 cleric. To bad it requires items from level 55+ zones.

I thought about it, and I realized that I made a pretty stupid mistake.... this is a silver shimmering ring. The platinum and velium shimmering jewelry are of course better.
For example: Velium Shimmering Pendant AC: 4. CHA: +3 WIS: +7 HP: +30 MANA: +30 SV MAGIC: +2 SV POISON: +2
Not so bad. I still don't think anyone who could actually get shimmering nihilte will be interested in this necklace though.
