Just thought i'd add.. that i havent tested it in the Rain Caller quest, yet, but this wing not only drops from the Princess still to this day, but its also pick pocketable by a Rogue. confirmed -both-. Will test on the quest in a day or so.
Looted off of the Princess faerie in LFay faerie camp today.

You don't understand. I have done the Raincaller quest. AT least 5 times. IT is not part of the quest - which is why they removed it.
IT "is" possible that if you kill her it drops - but it is not part of the RainCaller quest.
