No way would I make this item since it uses Ice Lichen as an ingredient. I use all the ice lichens I get for smithing LDON Frosted Steel Plate armors. The temper alone that the ice lichen brews into, costs/sells for average 150p in bazaar and is usually sold out or only a couple available at 200p or so.
Foraging in LDON zones for the armor temper ingredients has been one of the more profitable forage-
forrays around.
