Good INT and resistances. How do you know it is 2HB?
Easy check another website, here's what I found at the EQ Weapons and Armor Database site.

It's listed here as 2HB and I'm sure there are other websites out there that also list it as 2HB. Did you honestly think we'd get a 1HB item that did 16 damage?
