Ruins of Kunark
This item dropped off the Froglok Chef this morning in the Southwest corner of Old Sebilis.
Can anyone confirm this?
Just I know of no other Kunark mob, that drops 2 pieces from the same class armor and I have just had chef drop me a wrist, so know he drops that for sure.
Sorry to doubt you Danomir, but just doesn't seem right to me, sure it wasn't wrist you got from Chef?

Is this some kind of joke? A level 16 spell on a level 45+ piece of armor? I mean, come on, at least make it the level 24 shielding, instead of a newbie spell that will never be used. 
Yes, I realize that if you're unbuffed, this is better than nothing... the problem is, this buff almost *is* nothing. Oh well, I guess that keeps it on par with the rest of the Kunark armor.

Not really since you can stack this and the Skin like Steel clicky.. getting 2 lines of hp buffs on the kunark armors is better then the other classes.
Just a quick note, this dropped off Spectral Turnkey during one of the many trips I make here for fun. Was only item I saw after pretty much killing everything in zone for about 3 hours.
Also looked like Kunark armour drop rate has increased since GoD.
