One gripe bout this UZI. Fast may be fun, may do a lot of damage, but from an ammo standpoint this you'll get about half the bang for the buck per arrow. This meaning more trips for supplies. As it stands now I burn through arrows like nothing else even with high damage bows, how would life be with this ammo hog?

Weird, i'm lvl 52, don't have tolan's bracer and i wonder if this would burn through 4 quivers pretty fast. Good lord, i MUST be a newbie too then.
Hee hee you must be new if you carry 4 quivers around for arrows instead of 1 quiver and 10 slot backpacks! (I am JUST kidding, I don't call people newbies and I'm sure he knows this and just mistyped. Oh and for those of you that DON'T know, a quiver like a fleeting quiver will reduce your bow delay/haste your bow/whatever, but you only need one of them, just keep it in your top slot above any other arrows). EVERYONE is a newbie until they learn whatever it is that they are a newbie about. And because there are new items etc coming out everyday, EVERYONE is STILL a newbie about something EVERYTIME something new comes out! Woo hoo!!

Every place I look has the proc as being removed. What I want to know is what was the proc effect before it was taken away?

Must get this bow... with the Trushot ability at lvl 55 this will be a great bow to have.
