I assume this is one the new JC items from GoD which you have to do the combines in AbSea to get axcess to.
for those who don't know that involves combining 5 different items 100 times and while handing indivually back to the vendor </Yawn> on the good side it is a free way to increase your skill to 70.
Hail the merch on left as you enter the room and say 'i am interested in helping with your work' she will give you a stack of items to combine in jewelry kit and just rince repeat for 500 combines.
*Remember one at a time folks <well 4 one in each handin slot>

Actually it is 400 combines (4 chores x 100 each). :)

Although you end up turning in around 90-110 results (100 avg) per type of combine ... the quantity of attempted combines is always 160 ..... x4 = 640 attempts to complete the quest, and around 400 results to be turned in.
