mine dropped off the ones right in the magus zone in, fought the ones withe hynids too across the river but mostly worked the camp with those shore stonemights that nail you with a disease i have found no cure for as of yet. took about 2 hours solo so be prepared it is uncommon but rare? lol rare is weeks.

I think this is just used to confuse you. For the quest you need an intact shell. I've just destroyed mine.

trying this on reinforced jewelry bag as soon as i find the damn thread in abysmal sea, will let you know the outcome.

it's not this for the shell necklas..it;s a foraged item for the shells..have no idea what this is other than merchant food.

This is used in a necklace quest (or so i have been told) collect 3 shells and some Reef thing and you get a decent necklace. But then agian, thats all I'v been told

*Edit* Reef Crustician Gland is what teh reef thing is.

Anyone figure out what quest these are used in? None listed at the time of this post.
