I got this item from Vimidon today and can confirm everything in the pic is still the same. Therefore you can collect as many of these as you want since its NOT lore.

Saw this drop today. Have killed Vim about 8 times and have only ever seen him drop the ring and helm before. Gave the aug away to some druid who was in the zone.
