Heh I think I've killed well over 120 potameids by now and I've gotten 3 hearts, 1 tongue, and not one single fin. Even though they give decent exp even for a lvl 65 this is quickly becoming annoying but then again a regen 3 item quest that is this easy is worth most anything...
