Warded Courier`s Satchel  

 

This is used in a quest given by the Vah Shir, Lieutenant Venris, that spawns in the grimmling village (+1100, -754, +147) after the Grimmling War quest has been completed.

You say, Hail, Lieutenant Venris
Lieutenant Venris says 'Ah, Aegent, we've heard tell of you. The forces of Shar Vahl have need of your skills. But can you live up to your [reputation]?

You say, 'I will live up to my reputation'
Lieutenant Venris says 'Very good. I have other less experienced adventurers scouring the upper mine fo information. But I need to know what goes on in the deep mine. It's a dangerous mission, but I'm sure you're up to the challenge. Find any orders that guards may carry from within the Acrylia Caverns. Put them in this satchel and return them to me. I'll need at least two different examples. Good luck.

He then hands you the Warded Courier's Satchel.

The orders he is refering to drop in the inner sanctum of AC. I tried combining the Death Guard's Orders and the Elder Guard's Orders in the satchel but it said they would not combine. I have no clue how to finish this quest but there is the information from the Lieutenant.
