Item15ac aug - int caster useable only
I am not saying that they do not need ac, because they do, but wouldn't you love to see that in a pally's shield or something?
I understand that the class restrictions are there so that the item is not overpowered, but it's still quite frustrating :)

I think the restriction is there because otherwise items like this would always default to melee and int casters need AC too.
No offense, but AC doesn't mean squat to me as a wizzy. HPS are a different story. And mobs at my level+ hit so hard, my AC of 600 fully raid buffed isn't going to make any noticable difference in the dmg I recieve. Even for an enchanter, AC can only help so much as the inate skill cap in defense for int casters is 145. Personally, I would default this aug to an enc as they get beatdown moreso than any wizzy, necro, or mage combined, and wouldn't hold this aug against them for future drops.
I find it a bit odd that the leather class equivalent of this Augmentation has the same number of ac points on it. The warrior class gets a 35ac one, plates get 30ac, chain 25ac, leather get 15ac, cloth gets 15ac. Leather should be 5ac higher than cloth at least.
