Lost Dungeons of Norrath
Chances are being a LDON drop you can't sell this to a vendor. Pretty useless considering level 20's are not going to need resists that much, and by the time you are high enough level to need resists you can more then likely afford 300pp to 500pp for the velium blue diamond gear.
If that had 1 or 2 ac on it I could see lowbies useing it.

I know even the low level people will agree with me on this one. Not even worth giving away.
What did you expect for recomended level 18? =O
lol when i was lvl 4 some guy gave me a ring with no stats i put it on just to have a ring till i hit 10
then i realized that the 5pp was worth more then the ring but sometimes the littlest items help

well this fall in LDoN, so you have to be 20, i think you can do it at 15 if you have 5 22 with you, but at 15 you should have gotten better by then, or at least have 50PP to get something better in bazaar. so yes every little bit helps when you really low, but by 15 you should have better
